Galaxy Brewing Company was founded in 2011 by a local father and son brewing team who are dedicated to producing the finest craft beers and excellent food, using as much locally-sourced products as possible.
Our beers range from our signature Andromeda IPA to Kopernik Kolsch, a light, refreshing beer, to PANIC!, a Russian Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels.
Many of our dishes incorporate our beers in the recipes, and we can help you pair a great beer with your meal. Like our beers, the menu is constantly changing to reflect the best ingredients available to us.
